You know what, fuck you if you think that women being raped has ONE SINGLE THINGto do with what they are wearing because that is COMPLETE AND UTTER BULLSHIT and you KNOW IT. If a girl is walking down the street in a t shirt and jeans and she gets raped it's exactly the same as if she were wearing a strapless shirt and shorts that were almost panties. Yes, it's a bit more provocative, but men are not obliged to rape women, nor are women obliged to rape men (and women can rape men you ignorant fuck don't you dare say they can't). When a woman is getting dressed in the morning, she doesn't think to herself, "gee well if I wear this I bet I'll get raped, that sounds fun." Because there is no such thing as "asking for it" because rape is non consensual sex and if you were asking for it then it would be consensual. Get that through your thick skull. Either way rape is not okay and needs to stop. Saying shit like "boys will be boys" is absolutely not true because that is implying that boys deserve less of a consequence than girlsand that is absolutely not true. Girls may mature faster than boys but they are both people. I'm led to believe that the reason that people seem to want to justify men raping women and girls is caused by the mindset that men who have a lot of sex are practically heroes, while women who have a lot of sex are not even considered fit to be called women in some cases.This is absolutely ridiculous. A woman should be allowed to have sex as much as she wants if she enjoys it, same as a man. The idea that men and women are on such a different level that women deserve anything less than men is ridiculous to me. Being a young girl in today's society, I am constantly afraid of being ridiculed for how I dress or being raped or molested because I'm alone. That's not how it should work out. The next time I hear someone tell a young girl or woman it's her fault by the way she dressed, I'm going to flip out.
